This policy explains what personal information Quant Strategy Lab (“QS Lab”, “we”) collects when you use this site and join our early-access list, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at contact@quantstrategylab.com.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, you give us your first name and email address, and optionally a short note about your investing background. That is the only personal information we ask you for.

Like most websites, our servers also record standard technical information automatically — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — which we use to keep the site secure and working.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use your name and email to run the early-access list: to confirm your sign-up and to email you when the free course opens. We rely on your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming your email, and which you can withdraw at any time. We use the technical information above for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.

Where your information is stored

Your information is held in an encrypted database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. It is not publicly accessible.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers only to operate the list:

• Resend — to deliver the confirmation and course-opening emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — to check that sign-ups are from real people and not bots (where enabled).

These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are on the early-access list. If you ask us to remove you, or when the list is retired, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from the list. Email contact@quantstrategylab.com and we will act on your request.

Cookies

This site uses only the essential cookies needed to make it work and, where enabled, the cookie set by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
